Who this covers
This policy covers visitors to truemonthhq.com, people who contact us or book a call, and users of the TrueMonth Console. Data we process on behalf of clients is governed by our client agreements and our Data Processing Addendum, where we act as a service provider.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, work email, company, role and anything you write when you email us, use the contact form or book a call.
- Console account data: name, work email, sign-in records and security settings for users invited by a client.
- Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party pixels.
How we use it
- To reply to you and schedule calls
- To provide, secure and support the Console and our services
- To send service and security notices to Console users
- To meet legal obligations and protect our rights
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run our business, such as hosting, email and scheduling. They process personal information only on our instructions and under contracts that require them to protect it. Booking a call through Calendly is subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.
Retention
We keep inquiry emails for up to two years, Console account data for the life of the client engagement plus 30 days, and server logs for up to 90 days, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access, correct or delete it, to obtain a copy, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you can still ask. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with written permission.
Security
We protect personal information with access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor sign-in for the Console and audit logging. See our security page.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes affecting Console users will also be sent by email.
