Multi-location & franchise
Every location, ranked by 8 am.
Pull sales, memberships, bookings and labor from every location's systems into one model, so owners, operators and franchisees compare like with like, every morning.
Who it serves: Fitness studios, salons and spas, restaurants, retail chains and franchise groups.
01What we replace
When every location reports a different way.
Every location sends something different
One manager sends a PDF, another a spreadsheet, a third forgets. The group total never ties out.
Same-store growth is hidden
New locations flatter the group total, and nobody has time to split them out.
Labor is checked after payroll
By the time labor percentage shows up, the month is gone.
Mixed systems after acquisitions
Two point-of-sale systems and three booking tools make a group view a manual job.

04Questions
Common questions.
Our locations use different systems.
We map each system's data to one shared model, so a sale, a member and a labor hour mean the same thing at every location.
Can franchisees see only their own locations?
Yes. Location-limited access shows each franchisee their own numbers against the group average, and nothing else.
How do you handle new and closed locations?
Same-store comparisons include only locations open in both periods. The rule is written down and applied the same way every week.
Next step
See every location on one page, measured the same way.
Twenty minutes: your systems, the five or six numbers that run the business, and what a first dashboard would cover. No slides.
